AI, tools and automation for small businesses.

Let’s make your work lighter.

I help your business use AI in everyday work, reduce recurring manual tasks and build tools that fit the way you work. We can learn together, or I can build the solution for you.

How I can help

You don’t always need a new app.

Sometimes it is enough to learn how AI can support the tools you already use. For a bigger change, I can build a tool for a specific need or automate a recurring task.

AI to support your current tools

We take a task you already do and test how AI can support it with the tools you use now. You learn a way to continue on your own.

A tool for a specific need

If your current software makes a task harder than it needs to be, I can build a tool around the way you work.

Automation for recurring work

When the same task comes up again and again, an automation can gather the information you need or take care of the routine.

One client project, anonymised

When your current software no longer fits the way you work.

A colleague and I are building a new e-commerce design tool for a small Finnish company because its current software no longer meets its needs.

We built a prototype that could be tried in a real setting and on a phone. The starting point was the company’s needs and the way the work is actually done.

Effects on time, sales or customer experience have not been measured yet.

  1. Software did not support the workflow

Existing software made an important step in the company’s e-commerce workflow difficult.

  2. Prototype approved

A version that could be tried made it possible to assess a new way of working before a broader build.

  3. Integrated version in progress

A colleague and I are now building a version for the company’s website.

My own work

Two examples from my own work.

These are two of my own projects. Daily Command Center is a completed personal dashboard.

Daily Command Center

I built a private, iPhone-first dashboard that brings the day’s priorities together in one place.

Home
Today and the next 14 days, the next event and emails that need attention
News
A dedicated news view with links to original sources
Capture
Tasks and notes by voice or text
Data sources
The dashboard brings information from 12 sources into one place.

A hiking planner

I use it to plan hikes. It keeps measured weather and water data separate from the AI-generated summary and suggestion.

Source data
Measured weather and water data
AI output
A separate summary and suggestion
Use
Supporting my own trip planning

Other possible uses

Quotes
Gather details from a customer message into an editable quote draft.
Customer messages
Find an answer in the company’s own guidance and prepare a draft reply.
Work queue
Track which enquiries, quotes or orders are waiting for follow-up.
Order details
Move form details into the right system and flag anything missing for review.
Routine work
Automate recurring steps such as moving data or preparing reports, reducing manual work.

How I work

We can learn together, or I can build the solution for you.

You do not have to outsource everything or learn everything on your own. We choose the approach that helps you most right now.

We build it together

We try AI on one of your own tasks and work out a method you can keep using yourself.

  • A shared workshop or working session
  • Your own work and data as the starting point
  • A clear way to continue without me

I build it for you

We agree on the scope and the result the tool or automation needs to produce. I build and test a solution for that job.

  • One useful change at a time
  • A solution fitted to everyday work
  • Test before expanding

It starts with one email about where you need help.

Background

Always start by understanding the work.

AI is useful only when it makes real work easier. Before suggesting a tool, I want to understand how the work gets done, where time goes and what your current tools can already do.
