Format

We can meet remotely or in person at an agreed location. Any travel costs for an in-person meeting are agreed in advance.
Follow-up sessions
You can book follow-up sessions if you'd like to explore your use cases further. Each session lasts about 60 minutes.

The session is designed around your team's experience, work and goals.

How the training works
- Initial conversationWe'll discuss your team's situation and goals in a free conversation of about 30 minutes.
- Working togetherWe'll work together for 2–4 hours with groups of 5–20. Full-day training can be arranged separately.
- MaterialsAfter the training, the organiser receives a pack of exercises and instructions to help the team keep practising in its day-to-day work.
Group prices
The price includes planning, delivery and the material pack. VAT of 25.5% will be added.

Training is held at your premises where possible. If a venue needs to be booked, its cost is included in the quote. Any travel costs are added to the price.
